Hours

Open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.  Saturday from 11 am to 5 pm and Sunday in July and August, the first of September and Sundays of Easter Holidays (except on the easter week-end) from 11 am to 3 pm.  
Closed on federal holidays, 27th of September and the first business day of July.  Annual closing from December 24th 2019 at noon through January 2nd 2020. 

Access

The Tourism-Inforville Office is located on the pedestrian center in the Galeries des Halles (first floor street level of University Halles); next to the SNCB ticket office. For access to the Gallery, go towards  the Louvain-la-Neuve Train Station.
Entrance through the Place de l’Université, Rue des Wallons and Voie des Condruziens (platform side).
