Céroux-Mousty

Céroux-Mousty preserved its old rural and country-style character.  George Remi, alias Hergé, chose to move here during the fifties for its tranquil atmosphere and the charm of its countryside.

Céroux-Mousty is an ideal place to take a walk and explore.  Here you can admire the Moriensart Tower and the pretty church on its square with magnificent listed limewoods, from where multicolored hot air balloons take off regularly.

The beautiful Céroux square is also the location for festivals, particularly for the Ascension and the July 20th celebrations.  Tractor races, flea markets, parties and paper lantern balls create a friendly ambiance on the Municipal Square.
